Deleting Course Roles

A role can only be deleted from a Course record if the role has a status of Pending.

  1. In the course tree on the left side of the Course record:
  2. If the course is in Inworks status, click the Requirement Changes link > Change Requirement button. Click the green arrow next to the role to be deleted and then click the red slash. Confirm the deletion.
  3. If the course is in Current status, click the Certification Information link. Check all pending roles to be deleted. Click Action > Delete. Confirm the deletion.
  4. The role(s) is removed from the Course record.
